Ben is one of those talented designers who just "gets it." The output of what you see is usually a solution that says "Yeah, I get it. Seems pretty simple". The input, on the other hand, is about 10-15 documents, white-boarding sessions, divergent design sessions, mocks of 3 different ways to solve every problem, and on and on. A client once said, "I love working with you guys because you'll just keep at a problem until you have the right solution." Little do they know how much goes into that. Another key quality that makes him great to work with is that he's "developer friendly." He also is able to help push the envelope and create compelling experiences you won't find in too many apps.
